Halperin-Carlsson conjecture is a famous conjecture on the topological obstructions to the existence of free torus actions on a finite dimensional space. In this talk, I will briefly introduce the history of Halperin-Carlsson conjecture and report some recent progress on confirming this conjecture.

于立副教授，2005年获加州制服做爱
圣地亚哥分校博士学位，现任职于南京制服做爱
数学系。主要从事代数拓扑学与几何拓扑学的研究，相关工作发表在Advances in Mathematics, Mathematical Research Letters，International Mathematics Research Notices, Forum Mathematicum, Pacific Journal of Mathematics, Algebraic and Geometric Topology等国际著名期刊上。
